Delete your Norklar account
Two ways to remove a Norklar cloud account and the data stored with it.
In the app (immediate)
- Open Settings → AI settings → Cloud account.
- Tap Delete cloud account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent.
By email (if you can no longer open the app)
Send a message from the email address on the account to contact@kennedyappliedsciencesresearchgroup.com with the subject “Norklar account deletion request”. We verify the sender matches the account and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in record (Firebase Authentication)
- Your profile (email address, display name) and monthly usage counts
- Anything stored under your account on Norklar’s servers
- Firebase installation and App Check identifiers are held by Google and are not tied to your profile.
What is not affected
Sessions, projects, photos and voice notes saved on your phone stay on your phone. Remove them with Settings → Clear All Data or by uninstalling Norklar. Norklar does not keep prompts or replies after a cloud reply is returned, so there is nothing further to delete.
